Our Story
EMMA SALES LLC is a family-owned business founded in Nashville, Tennessee, originally specializing in injection-molded products sold into distribution for the landscaping and hardware industries.
In the early 2000s, EMMA SALES expanded into the municipal waterworks sector with the creation of the Boxlok — The Valve Box Alignment Device, marking its entry into infrastructure innovation.
In 2021, the company relocated its headquarters to Jacksonville, Florida, continuing to expand its national reach, product portfolio, and strategic partnerships.
Today, EMMA SALES operates as a national product management company, working closely with a network of outside sales representatives across the United States. The company focuses on product specification, marketing, and distribution, ensuring its innovative solutions are approved, stocked, and supported through municipal and distribution channels.
By 2025, EMMA SALES became the National Product Manager for the VKAD (Valve Key Alignment Device)—further strengthening its role as a leader in innovative, practical solutions for the waterworks industry.
